Likes: Spending quality time with her fiance, "Gilmore Girls", water - being in it and drinking it, green tea (really!!), black coffee, going to the cinema, raw porridge oats for breakfast, training outside when the sun is shining, lifting heavy weights :) and feeling sore after a really tough workout.
Dislikes: Rain, greasy food, warm milk, boring workouts, people who stare at the gym, having to wait to use a piece of equipment at the gym, not getting enough sleep.

Donna's Story
"I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia when I was 16. Up until this point my diet had been typical of any 'picky' eater, I lived on junk and wasn't fussed about eating anything of any real nutritional value. My exercise and sporting background consisted of nothing more than me hopping about with a skipping rope, or out on a pair of roller skates. I avoided team sports because I was small and constantly lived in fear of getting hurt.
I know how tough it can be to start a fitness regime, it's even harder to stick to it. I was offered personal training at my gym a number of times, but I was stubborn and didn't want to pay the money. As a result many of my training practices did me no favours at all. I have made so many mistakes with my training. At one point I actually started to put on weight while I was training for up to 3 hours at any one time! If only i'd known then what I know now.
My job places me in a fantastic position to help people who are struggling, just like I was, to start, maintain and succeed with their health and fitness goals. You just need to make your decision to get started and allow me to help you succeed."
